i loved the clean and well furnished rooms! the location is nice, i saw good views from my room. the complimentary boat ride was fantastic and the cultural dances were a bonus. the staff's hospitality is commendable, especially the always smiling and helpful elizabeth.
the food prices are a bit shady with high taxation in the main menu.

Elizabeth from guest relations gave me tips and suggestions about shopping, sightseeing, and even where to get a haircut. She delivered a wonderful sunset cruise. the restaurant staff was very helpful, and every staff member greeted me when i passed by them, what a treat!

my suite room had a balcony on the third floor facing the water! it was well appointed and beautifully decorated. the amenities were amazing. the room included two separate sinks, and a rainfall shower.

The hotel location is awesome. It is right on the harbour, and the landscape is fine. the hotel provides a 40-minute ride to the arabian sea by the ferry arranged by the hotel management. it is a relaxing environment!

dinner at rice boat was amazing! the food was delicious, and the ambience there is lovely. pepper restaurant had flute and tabla artists, they made my morning divine during breakfast. the breakfast had hundreds of varieties of food.

i found the staff consistently cute and helpful throughout my visit. jasmine stood out with her really good service. the breakfast choices were plentiful and the quality of the food, perfect. i was pleased with the attentive staff and varied options at breakfast.

the arrival. i was warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink. the room offered a fine ocean view. majestic ships were visible from the room. the location is unique.
the food was overpriced. the service was not great for the price. the room key stopped working at noon. this caused a unneeded hassle. the breakfast menu seemed smaller than other taj hotels.
